Not sure if this will be what we are looking for but is on my list to check out. Only concern here is limited show room size compared to other places.

So far I have Grossman & Natasi's to check out.

Anything else in Philly area since I will be heading over the bridge this Wednesday evening?

I have been to both awhile back. Both have REALLY nice selections but are both VERY modern. I bet By Design has nothing but leather or glossy plastic or metal. Some really neat stuff though.

Dane Decor is a fancy Ikea. Well made nice furinture but we are looking more for comfy sofas than high quality art deco type tables.

Both great store suggestions though. Now if you can find a store like those that sells rustic or craftsmen style fabric couches, I think that is my dream store.

Try asking on the Delaware board as well.

You can always try Ethan Allen or Pottery Barn, but both will be very expensive, especially the former.

I've read good things about Michelle Gold+Bob Williams. Host Home Furnishings in Philadelphia sells their brand and others.

Edit: Also, if you would want to make the drive to Lancaster, Pottery Barn has an outlet there that has furniture.

Tried Ethan Allen last night. No go. Some nice stuff I guess but the sofas didn't really come in sets so I would have to piece it together and that is not my strong suit. Plus it was insanely expensive if you happen to like a certain fabric. Like 3x the normal price. WOW!

Went to Natasi's in Oaklyn. They can order a couch we liked online for a fair price. Issue is I won't be able to TRY it before I buy it. So that scares me. But that is our backup option.

Morgantown seems to be close to what I was looking for Thanks!
I will be driving out that way shortly to pick up a piece of furniture in Lancaster so I will time my trip to the outlet area then. Thanks.

Carl Harz in Elmer, NJ is going out of business.. you might wanna check there.

Been around for ages and used to have VERY nice, high quality furniture.

I think Vineland, NJ has a few furniture stores.

Unless I missed it, no one mentioned Thomasville Furniture Stores.

Thomasville of Moorestown - Authorized Thomasville Furniture Store

You can locate other stores through the Thomasville site.

Try Pennsylvania House Furniture, too. Pennsylvania House Furniture Collection

Flemington Department Store:
