I'm going to guesstimate 60 minutes. I can get from Trenton to Cherry Hill in 35 minutes during non-rush hour; Princeton to Cherry Hill is further so between that and the added traffic, it will take longer.
I used to commute from Moorestown to Trenton, so tacking on 5 minutes on both ends for the extra distance, I'd say you are looking at 45-50 minutes without traffic.
