Can anyone tell me about the mirror lake area in Browns Mills.......Is it a relatively safe area......Looking at a house (suburbs)

Looking at a house near the north lakeshore area in the mirror lake section of browns mills area........is it relatively safe and quiet........what are the summer months like near that area.........do u experience lots of traffic then.......any information on that area would be greatly appreciated.......thanks

funny thing there is the B1 to riverline and the 317 bi hourly to ocean county and philly
