I agree with the person who said it might be shift work: there's a mulititude of restaurants, hospitals (casinos would be too far) and teachers leave very early for work. I've know quite a few PA teachers who live in Mullica Hill or other parts of Gloucester or Camden Counties

That does not explain why pa plates are traveling into pa in the early hours. If they teach in pa and live in Nj they would not have pa plates.

I think company cars from pa is the best explanation

Maybe they moved from PA to NJ and just didn't feel like going through the torture that is the DMV yet.

From what I have learned in my limited time researching, car insurance in NJ is tied to your credit rating, so is that also the case in PA? If not, that might explain it? Just a stab in the dark...

Company cars is a good explanation that I didn't think of earlier. However, I do know that there are at least some people who "skirt the system" for whatever reason. People down the street from me have both of their cars registered in DE. Neither works there, nor do they own a vacation home there which would entitle them to register one of their cars there. The only explanation is that they are using someones address in DE to register the cars and get the cheaper insurance. FWIW, it is illegal and you can report them. That's too much of a busy body move for me, so I'll just shake my fist in anger and post things on the internet, lol.

I always thought they were boyfriends and girlfriends coming back after spending the night. Then again, my mind does revolve around sex.
