Better. Depending on the proximity to the Camden border.

Like alpha said. The further you get from Camden, the better it gets.

^^ I know a couple of people who live just east and west of Union Ave. in nice homes, a desirable looking neighborhood.

Doesn't matter is there are small pockets of nice houses. Everyone goes to the same high school. What is it ranked now? Close to 300 out of 316 (1 is best)

Think it is 298 out of 322 in NJ now. My dad grew up there. Since my grandparents passed away in 2004 no one is there now. The only "nice" areas are really in Merchantville. There is a reason they call it "Camsauken" nowadays.

Virtually in Merchantville though, which last time I checked they have been trying to make part of Cherry Hill.
