Thanks!!!! Is the commute back to S. Jersey from southwest Philly (cargo city/Lester) area via the Walt Whitman bad?? Is there a better way to go coming home?

On Fridays during the summer, if you don't leave work by around 1:30, you won't get home for maybe an hour and a half because of the shore traffic.
Commute - Test Drive and Stagger Your Departure Time
I am surprised it sounds like you gave up the job, I hope you currently have one now.
It's probably too late for Evan; and I sure most realize this but some may not, do a couple of practice drives and stagger the departure time.
eg. my wife leaves our house and head east to her job if she leaves after 7am is a 45 min drive but if she leaves before 7am say 6:55 it's only 30 mins., a lot more commuters and school buses.
When I head upstate NY a I have to leave before 6am or I will get a backup on 9n in sayreville and heavy stop and go the parkway. I guess I could wait till after rush hour but my goal is to get there early.
I'm starting a new job and live in Marlton. The commute wil be to cargo city/Lester area if s.Philly (by the airport). I wanted to see how bad the commute will be. I've been given directions via the Walt Whitman to I-95 or Betsy Ross to I-95.
It's a very easy commute even by subway/bus use NJT 406 then get off at city hall use airport line to ur destination one bus one train DONE TOO EASY. Get the airport line from market east station or suburban station direct to cargo area OR use ACRL to 30th for airport line.
Option 1 406 to train 1 bus 1 train
option 2 = 2 trains over a short trip DONE

It really is crazy how much difference only five minutes can make. I first noticed this back in high school when I drove to school in the mornings. If I left at exactly 6:55, I could get to school a lot faster than if I left at exactly 7:00 (I think homeroom started at like 7:38 or something random like that).
