I am going to be starting a job in Hamilton (the one by Trenton), and it is currently almost 2 hours away from where I am living. I am looking to move in about 2 months. I am looking for somewhere about 40 minutes south of the area. Currently I have my eye on Burlington county.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent area with affordable studio or one bedroom apartments for rent? My aunt's friend, who lives in Delran, has recommended Palmyra, saying it has a some very nice areas with little shopping districts for good prices. Anyone know where abouts in Palmyra she's referring to?
Thanks.

I would try to stay in the northern half of Burlington, just so you don't end up with a terribly long commute. I am not very familiar with Burlington but overall it is very nice; I have a few friends who live in Eastampton and Westampton and they are quite happy with where they live. If you aren't set on being south of Hamilton, East Windsor is near Hamilton and has many affordable rental options.

I just moved from Bordentown , north Burlington County and I think that you would be better off in that area; Bordentown, Columbus, Florence.

Too much further south and you would have a long trip to work
There are many nice apartments in Hamilton itself
