Williamstown is still 40 miles away from where I am working... I was hoping to find something a little closer then that. Does Williamstown have good school systems? No one I talk to has ever heard of this town? Is there quality of life there for kids? I dont want to move my daughter to the middle of no where.

Didf you look under Monroe? I left you the school report link, you should be able to find the school info there. Hubby was the one who did that research, I don't know where he found the ranking.

We went down to Carriage Glen yesterday & while the houses were built ok, we're very happy with our choice to buy from Richmond at Willow Woods. None of the houses at Carriage Glen felt like home to us like the Amherst model we bought. Apparently others also like it because they've sold more homes since we bought. They have a 35th anniversary deal going on right now where they are giving up to $10,000 in closing costs as well as other incentives. Now looks like a great time to buy there.

Good luck in your search.

If you'd like to send me a private message with your email, I'd be happy to email you and you can give me your name and address. I'll get some information together for you; I'm a Realtor, and also have lived in Gloucester County my whole life. Williamstown is a little far to drive, I think you need to be out more towards Mullica Hill. I can do some extensive searches for you; shoot me an email.

Default Mount Royal

I currently live in Washington Twp in GLoucester county, which has a great school system and is a very safe, nice area

Also, I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse in Mount Royal in a development called "Greenwich Crossings." They start at $209,900 right now, or $219,900 for the bigger model (2500 square feet) and you can pick all of your options, so it's a great deal... Ryan Homes is the builder

May I ask why you are going with a condo verses a house? Paparone has a few houses in that price range.
