The association fees are $70 a month, but they only do snow and lawn. The outside of the building outside of that is up to the owner to take care of.

Default Carriage glenn Williamstown

I just talked to someone yesterday that is buying in Carriage Glenn and they said if you go there they actually have homes for starting at $200,000 there just not posted online
