I am moving to the south jersey area. I have been driving around and going on the internet looking for places. I am picky and a lot of the stuff in salem county looks like it has seen beeter days...back in the '70's. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

Mullica Hill is supposed to be great, and it's getting built up very quickly. But I'm not sure about the rental opportunities there. Gloucester and Washington townships are good communities, and I believe that there are some modern complexes there.
