I am aware of the statistics within the various school rating beauty contests which indicate that CH East is a well-regarded school district with high test scores and decent Great School ratings. However, do you think that the district itself has deteriorated over the past 20 years? Several indicators might be the significant deferred maintenance on its buildings and grounds, the overcrowding during lunch time with CH East cafeteria, and the difficulty finding principals at various schools (i.e., CH East; JF Cooper School) within the district? Thanks for your thoughts.

There is no "Cherry Hill East School District". Cherry Hill is ONE district that has two high schools, West and East, which last time I checked they kids can choose which high school to go to.

So now Cherry Hill is a bad town? With "spillover" from Camden? It doesn't even border Camden. Look at a map.

I heard Cherry Hill School district was very good in the 80's but overcrowded. Now its more diverse but still one of the best in SJ. Sometimes the rankings do not show the whole picture. Generally great parents make a good school district.

If Cherry Hill school district is going down hill the rankings sure arent showing it. Cherry Hill East is the second best HS in SJ.
