I like in Brooklawn and I've always seen this spider around my house. Well on Friday it got in my house, and after a little freak out, and it hiding, I was able to get it out on Sunday. I've never seen anything like it before, but it always builds pretty webs so I just ignored it. Now that I have a close up look at it, it looks like a baby tarantula. Oh and this is a zoomed in shot, it's probably about has big as a quarter.

I thought that at first, but I've read that they don't build webs. This guy has built many pretty webs all around the outside of my house, and they are huge!

It's called an araneus orb weaver. I think that one is Araneus diadematus. They are sometimes commonly referred to as 'barn spiders' (see also Charlottes Web for popular reference). They are very docile and will not bite unless you seriously mishandle them. Even if you walk through their webs, they will just bumble away until they find a way off of you. They are fascinating to watch while building their webs. Any grass or inanimate object will be removed and thrown away from the web by the spider. They are very beneficial to have around, and won't harm you.

Not sure that is it. Per google, that spider has white markings-
Araneus diadematus - Google Search

My guy has no markings, he is all furry like dark brown

I do see what you are seeing. I assumed it was diadematus because of the cross on its back, which is a diagnostic for it.

Do a google search of Araneus gemma or Araneus andrewsi and see if it matches your guy, it might be one of those.

I am positive that you have an araneus orb weaver though.
