What are you looking for? I know a few people who purchased (used) at Prestige in Turnersville and they were very happy with the car and service. They sell new and used.
What kind of used car dealer are you looking for? If you're just looking for dealers that have used car inventory, pretty much all of them do. In that case I personally recommend any of the Holman or Pellgrino dealerships. The used car only dealers tend to be a little 'sketchy' but they have cars for lower prices and more options for buying. If you are looking for a place like that, Gormley's has been in business for a long time and is about as reputable as a dealer like that can get.
Thanks - I should have been more specific. Basically I need to purchase a car for around $3000. I am not looking to have to make payments.
Check out the dealerships along Route 130 between Collingswood and Brooklawn. There are several different used car dealers along that corridor that have those kinds of vehicles for sale.

OP - I was without a car the first year upon moving to South Jersey because like many of the automobiles in your price range and a bit higher (which was my price range but did raise that which really didn't help much) tend to be "used-up" as the miles are racked up into the mid 100k miles and up.
Also the car dealers who may have these cars to me (being objective here being I'm originally from Northern NJ by NYC) have NO integrity while insulting my dignity and intelligence. The used cars from private owners seemed to be lacking any decent upkeep while asking way too much money and the miles on the car way too high.
I wound up buying my 1999 Toyota Camry on June 30, 2013 with at the time 66,xxx original miles from Queens NY (was a NNJ in a good neighborhood car shortly before that) for the upper $3k range - one owner car.
So what I'm trying to say here is at your price range you perhaps should expand your geographical limits as for me if I didn't I still wouldn't be with a car.
GOOD luck! I also hope you have someone that really knows cars to accompany you.
