Anyone can give me advice on these developments which appear to lie between Marlton and Evesham off Sharp Rd and N Elmwood Rd respectively. They are being built by Ryan Homes and Cornell Construction, which I believe has recently been taken over by Ryan Homes.

We are early 50s empty nesters looking for an upscale smaller home in an upscale neighborhood. Would this neighborhood suit us?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Jacki888 - I am just wondering if you ever moved into the Reserve at Marlton? My husband and I are looking there now and just wanted to get feedback. Thank you!
