Hi! Where are some good places to live in Cherry Hill and rest of Camden County area for dog lovers? I know thats a wide area but I need a dog park nearby. Would like to pay $800-900 in rent for a one bed/one bath. Pet friendly housing is required as I have two small dogs. Hoping for hardwood/faux hardwood in the living room at least if not all around.

My top concerns are not the usual: I want to be within driving distance to Haddonfield and West Berlin since they have two things I want to do: Pure Barre and K-9 Nosework and Agility respectively. I need a good dog park nearby as well. (Please note: My job is not lined up yet, but I am certain of being able to get one within the area when I put my mind to it.) No kids, no hubby, no need for schools/family type amenities. I know Haddonfield is dry county, doesn't really bother me, but if I could avoid a dry county, I'm thinking the nightlife might be a tad more vibrant with young singles like myself. I don't see Haddonfield as being within my budget anyway. It seems like better rental prices are in Lindenwood, Clementon, Marlton and Voorhees if I'm not mistaken? How are these areas for living? Safe? This would be a concern as a single woman living alone.

So why am I moving? I am moving to be closer to family and do not want to live right in PA or NYC, but being within distance of Philly and NYC is nice. South Jersey is perfect for me, it's close to the beach, close to my family, close to two major cities. Thanks everyone. I need to narrow down some towns/areas to visit since I'm out of state at the moment and will only be able to spend about two days looking at apartments in the next month, so I want to narrow down the field as much as possible. Also this is totally random, but I could use a really high tech dentist recommendation (do they have a Spectra camera and digital records, etc).

Some places I'm thinking of looking at:
-The Vista (costly)
-Burnt Mill Apartments
-The Village at Hi-Nella (too far?)
-The Greens at Pine Hill
-Laurel Hill in Lindenwold
-Chadwick Village Apts
-Stonington Court
-Allison Apartments in Marlton
-Niew Amsterdam in Marlton
-Pine Ridge Apts in Lindenwold
-The Club at Main Street in Voorhees
-The Village at Voorhees
-Echeclon Glen
-Summit Place in Lindenwold
-Woodland Village in Lindenwold
-The Pines in Lindenwold
-Silver Lake Manor Apts in Clementon

I'm paying under 900 in westmont. Next to Haddonfield, not dry, Patco access to Philly. Search craigslist for independent renters, or check nearby for complexes
Collingswood would be a good fit too, it seems like a lot of dog lovers live there.

Being a dry town doesn't really effect night life because there is not much night life in South Jersey. Majority of people go to Philly for that. Keep looking along the PATCO line. Lindenwold is ok but I would not live there as a single woman. It's not Camden but not that desirable. Clementon, same thing. I would look at Collingswood, Westmont and Haddon Heights.

Voorhees is nice. For night life you have Iron Hill Brewery and the other restaurants there at the Voorhees Town Center (next to the old Echelon Mall)

Marlton is safe but, in my opinion, very family oriented.

When we lived in Collingswood we were in the city all the time because PATCO was right there. When we moved out farther we hardly went out because it was just annoying to drive then take PATCO and make sure someone was sober enough to drive.
