Lindenwold is generally poor and unsafe. Pennsauken is somewhere between bad and okay. Personally I think Lawnside is a great black neighborhood. Taxes are high though.

Westchester, NY is more like the Main Line in PA. Are you set on NJ? Maybe Mt Laurel, Moorestown, or Marlton

Yeah seriously if he's looking at $400-500k houses don't send him to Lawnside. I agree with Marlton, Moorestown, Mt Laurel, Cherry Hill, Cinnaminson.

Or Ashland. They're very close to each other. Just east of that is Voorhees, and then Marlton (Evesham Township).
