What do you mean by "good area"? Safety? Access to beach and things to do?

Safety-wise it should be fine. I pulled up the street on Google maps street view and it looks like a nice area. Some nice newer houses mixed with some older ones, but it looks fine to me. Looks like a pretty attractive street house-wise.

As far as things to do, it is 3-4 blocks from the beach and you're not too close to the Wildwood boardwalk, which can get loud and rowdy but is fun. Keep in mind beaches in Wildwood are very wide so once you get to the beachfront it's still a longer trip than usual to get to the ocean. The boardwalk is quite far from that street but it's probably within a walkable distance depending on how much you'd be willing to walk. IIRC you can only ride bikes on the boardwalk up to a certain time of the day so be aware of that. The boardwalk does have a Tramcar that can take you up and down.

Nearby you can do things like rent jet skis, go on whale and dolphin watching boat tours, go to the amusement piers and water parks up on the boardwalk, parasail, and go to nearby towns like Cape May which has a more relaxed vibe.
