I recently took a job in Moorestown. My fiance has a BS in biology and has been looking for jobs but it seems the only options are for her to work in Philly. I was wondering how long of a commute she would be looking at as well as how much it will cost. I am a little worried about her commuting in general but that is probably just me being paranoid as we didn't exactly grow up in a heavily populated area. Thanks for any help!!!

Driving to Philly from Moorestown would take about 30min. You have to pay a $3 toll going into Philly and you may have to pay for parking depending on where she is working.

Or - you can drive to a PATCO station and take the train into Philly. You are probably looking at a 45-50min total commute this way. Cost is about $4-5 round trip. No need to worry about commuting - everyone does it.

I do it everyday, 40 minutes to the last Patco stop 16th/Locust from Woodcrest, the closest station to Moorestown, only 10 minutes. It will cost about $100 month for the train. It's much cheaper than driving. Parking in center city Philly will be around $200/month possibly more, add $3/day bridge toll plus gas.
