Collingswood - realtors, dog boarding? (Oaklyn, Woodlynne: buy, schools, move)

Hi all,

I think Collingswood is going to be my place - visited a couple of years ago, should have bought then...

I have no kids and don't care about schools so Oaklyn or Woodlynne are on my radar as well.

Main concern is I don't want to have to worry about flooding.

I know realtor recommendations aren't allowed, so please DM me with any recommendations if you have them -


Dog boarding recommendations are allowed - have any?

I'll probably move late next spring or summer. Thanks.

Check the FEMA flood maps. A realtor can help you with that, too. Just don't buy a place next to the river or creek. Considering all the water in the area, most of it is low risk.
