I am a native of South Jersey and I would say no, that woman does not really have a strong South Jersey accent, if any at all.

I think Tina Fey does it best. Watch
this video starting at the 1:50 mark and you will get to hear the beautiful SJ accent.

I say MILK and Philadelphia Phillies. Not what you said. But then again, I have only lived in South Jersey for 33 years...

Good to hear. Accents may have softened over the years. I grew up in Burlco many years ago, but life’s vicissitudes landed me on the west coast. Are you in the Burlington - Mt. Holly area, by any chance?

No, we live exactly one mile from the Delaware River, stuck between Willingboro and Beverly.

I only moved into this house 6 years ago. I'm not from South Jersey.
