Hello,

I'm planning a move probably later this year to the Philly/NJ Suburb area and will be working in or around Delanco, NJ.

I need at minimum a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Ideal amenities would be a fitness center, central AC, and maybe a garage as well. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good, safe neighborhood or city to focus my search on? Or even an actual complex or development would be nice as well.

My budget is probably a max of 1900/month for an apartment.

We don't need to live IN Philadelphia. Either on the NJ side or the PA side is fine to be honest. I'm somewhat familiar with living on the east coast as I grew up in New York.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Best deal around. Only thing is no garages and I'm not sure if any have a second bathroom. We just upgraded from a small downstairs one bedroom to a bigger upstairs two bedroom with our own washer and dryer and dishwasher. It's an older apartment complex but very well kept. Have lived here for five years.

Very convenient location. Close to 13 and the Turnpike and 95 though they are now doing loads of construction on the on/off ramps since they opened that new extension.
