That’s a thornier issue than LGBTQ+ friendliness.

I know of some mixed-race Haddonfield households that are happy with their living situation. Haddonfield even has a (very small and, sadly, shrinking) historically black section by Berlin Road in Cherry Hill.

I’m sure most Haddonfield residents pride themselves as non-racist (like most of our Area’s affluent, leftish-leaning suburbs). Whether people of color always feel welcome there is another issue I’m not qualified to answer. Haddonfield was (and to an extent remains) very Waspy. The white population is reasonably diverse these days. There are plenty of Irish and Italians, and even a moderate concentration of Jews.

It is still incredibly white—over 90% according to the most recent census survey estimates. Haddonfield Heights/Township, and some of the other neighboring municipalities are very white, too.

I think this is another situation where you just need to go and see for yourself. I would bet dollars to donuts that if you walk around and feel some disagree of discomfort, it would probably be related to race and not sexual orientation or gender identity.
