The Nobel guy grew up in Cinnaminson.

I think Tahiti was joking about a recent list that NJ Monthly put out where Moorestown was ranked lower than such stalwart communties as Camden, Bridgeton and Pemberton.

Not sure, there seems to be a general ignorance about Moorestown here especially the north jersey crowd.

I don't think so, read her profile. She's pretty much lived in every corner of the state. She knows her stuff.

Agreed here as well. Moving out of Burlington County was probably the most difficult decision I've ever made. I finally felt a complete sense of contentment there. Too bad my wallet didn't.

dude, please. i've lived in burlington county, my IL's live in burlington county, my brother in law lives in the burlington county, my husband grew up in burlington county - i'm familiar with burlington county. did you see my wink? my point, since it whizzed right over your head, is that you seem to be taking the Money Magazine ranking from 3 YEARS ago as gospel, while dismissing a host of other rankings - as I've said just 2 days ago in another thread - you can't have it both ways. i was just razzing you.

moorestown is a LOVELY place, FTR. you seriously don't have to throw out the Money Mag's rating to defend it.

that knife cuts both ways.

i'm not a hater, i just prefer the northern part of the state and wouldn't live in the the inner (and part of the outer) coastal plain, that's all (i've done it). it's called a preference.

Well done. I wasn't sure what your take was not knowing your background. You know what you're talking about for sure.
