Looking for a good kid friendly neighborhood to live in. I need to commute to NYC one day per week and my husband needs to go to Malvern, PA twice a week.

I don’t know what your budget is, but logistically, Moorestown or Mount Laurel. In PA, Newtown or Yardley.

I'd second Yardley and Newtown in PA.

In NJ, Bordentown is close to the Turnpikes, but I don't know if it would be a kid friendly area enough. Moorestown and Mt Laurel are nice but could be too far. Maybe also some areas of Mercer County, e.g. Lawrenceville, would be in between but farther from Malvern.

How are you getting into NYC? Drive, train or bus?

Does your husband drive to Malvern?
