Just throwing this out there, but we live in Atco New Jersey which is in Camden County. Not the hustle bustle of lets say, cherry hill, or haddonfield, but yet close enough to those areas.
We are looking to sell home and move south.

Our home is 3br 2.5 bath, 1800 sq ft. approx 1/3 acre. 1 car garage, living room, dining room, family room, 2 story.
nice neighborhood, many young families.
House is not on market yet, but we are looking to sell for $250,000 maybe we could cut cost by not using a realtor?
