Good schools. Quiet. Clean. For the most part people are friendly. Taxes are high, but you get what you pay for I guess. Most of the people in CH probably don't have an issue seeing as it's a pretty affluent area in most places. Very large Jewish population. Good for shopping. Close to Philly via car or train. Close to NYC and Atlantic City and Jersey shore points.

Are you set on Cherry Hill? Have you purchased a home already? There are other neighboring communities that ma fit the bill as well.

To Southbound 295: If it were JUST the sand I might consider it. But there is asphalt, all kinds of pebbles and rocks from deteriorating curbs (we have only about 1/3 of them left) cigarette butts and other litter. It is much easier to go to one of the box stores and get some sand that is clean and JUST sand.
