Hey Everyone

Hubby and I are thinking of taking a day trip to Ocean City, NJ this weekend, assuming the good weather forecast holds out.

Quick question re: bike riding on the boardwalk. Do you know if bike riding is permitted all day, or only in the early morning? I seem to recall that prior to Memorial Day, bikes are permitted on the boardwalk all day long but I am not sure.

Does anyone know?

Thanks.

Last year it was pre-Memorial, post-Labor you could ride at anytime. During the on-season it was limited to before ~10am(?). Not sure for this year, but I doubt they changed it.

Actually on season it's until 11, but IMO it's too crowded by then to even be able to ride more than 2 miles an hour. Before Memorial Day anything goes, but depending when you come it still might be very packed up there (like this weekend will not be a good weekend for it as we have our annual Block Party, including table sales along the boardwalk, so the pedestrian lane will not exist on Saturday or Sunday, resulting in crowds walking in the bike lane, leaving very little room to ride.
