OK, I had to Google Monroe Twp to see where that is. Why would you be looking that far from Philly? Monroe Township NJ :: A greeting from the Mayor:

I think there's a couple Monroe Townships. There is one that is in Williamstown sending area, which one of the previous posters suggested.

You might want to check out the program that Collingswood has. They have a small class (6 to 8 kids) in a regular elementary school; one teacher with multiple aides. The class interacts with the rest of the school.
