what makes haddon hills so great that people just don't wanna leave?? i just called and they may not have any vacancies until september.

They are in a great area and still very affordable. Being located in Haddon Twp., you get access to the school district there, which is one of the better ones in the area. Additionally, they are located across the street from a large park and public pool and are walking distance to the PATCO line. You also have easy access to downtown Haddonfield and Collingswood. On top of all that there is a supermarket, liquor store and pizza place across the street.

They are older and not as nice as other places, but they are well maintained and like I said, the area can't be beat and the rent they charge is a real bargain for all you get considering that houses in that immediate area all sell for $300k+.
