Thinking of putting a vinyl fence up in the house I am moving into in Colonia. I know they are expensive but think the lack of maintenance will offset the additional expense. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Also can anyone recommend a good installer in the area.
Thanks

make sure that the regs in your area permit the fence, check with the woodbridge building dept. they'll tell you what you can and cannot have

National Fence on Route 1 in Avenel is about your best bet. They did my wood stockade fence a few years ago, and we've also used them for some commercial projects.

Depends on what you mean by "negotiate". There may be some room in their pricing, depending on the salesman, but I wouldn't expect them to go matching Home Depot's pricing or anything.

Wouldn't it make sense to judge them based on quality, warranty, and service, rather than immediately jumping to trying to cut down their pricing?

Your absolutely correct but when you get a good price and good quality, which is possible with all the competition today, then it is win win.

Again thanks for your advice I will be giving them a call for an estimate.

True, especially if you hire sub contractors and do it yourself.

On the other hand, licensed contrators normally know the rule better. e.g. front yard normally can not have high fence ...etc. And if there is permit required for the job, they normally should get it for you from township.
