I have been approved to recieve an extention on tier III. I recieved the blue envelope saying to call today June 30th to claim benefits. I called and claimed as usual and the operator processed then said my claim is not payable at this time that I will get credited for weeks claimed. I then call the unemployment to speak to a live person to find out why my check was not payable and he then said that a bill passed to put all checks on hold because there is no money in New Jersey and that once the bill is passed to release checks that we will all reicieve put as of right now they are not releasing any more checks. Does anyone no when this bill will pass and how long before I'm aficially homless. I am looking for work and have not found a job yet and have a 1 year old daughter. I live in Jersey City, NJ.

Thanks
