Hi everyone,

My husband and I will be relocating to NJ in the next month. His job will be in Summit, and mine will be in a yet to be determined location. We're looking for apartments to rent close to Summit, preferably with short term leases since we may need to reposition ourselves based on where I end up. We're pretty much at a loss for where to start looking.

We're newlyweds with no kids, so schools aren't a priority right now. We currently live in an area with more of an urban feel and would probably want something of the same if possible. Ideally we'd like a 2BR apartment for around $1500.

Thanks in advance for your help!

If you like Edison Hollow South that is 5 min walk to Edison Train Station, you may find some landlords willing to go by short term lease due to the fact many IT professionals renting here and landlord seem to know that many IT consultants start with 3 month contract and know how to manage short term rentals.

my cousin vinny says that living in edison and commuting via train to summit is idiotic and my aunt dahlia says only a fool who is trying to sell worthless property would even suggest such a commute.
And vinny's friend bobby boom batz says enough with your promoting this property in edison, if you get his drift

Well Summit is a great town, and $1500 is plenty to spend. Are you NOT looking to live in Summit?

Is this apt in the Summit area? Mostly likely it is gone. Do you rent other apts in the Summit area?
