Contractor Recommendation Needed in Princeton/Plainsboro Area (Hopewell: hardwood floor, how much)

Hi!

we will close on a townhouse at Plainsboro next week. We want to re-surface the hardwood floor on second floor to get rid of the dark stain that original owner put there. The second floor is about 1000 sq ft. We just wonder if anyone can recommend some reliable and good contractor to do the job and if anyone knows normally how much it costs? We are also looking for recommendations for contractors to paint the house (~1840 sq ft) and for closets doors replacement in next month and bathroom remodeling in near future.

Our new home is located at Princeton side of Plainsboro, NJ 08540.

We are first time home buyer and really appreciate your help!

We went with Rees Custom Floors. The website is * Custom Floors By Rees Powell

We also asked another vendor Blue Knight Hardwood Floors, but they had a very busy schedule. The job done by Rees is OK, not bad, but also not great. We find some dusts covered by stain near the corners and edges.
