I'm a 24 year old female, young professional, making decent money - looking for a place to live in NJ with a young adult vibe. I currently work in Northern Bergen County (Park Ridge/Montvale area), and would prefer not to commute anything greater than an hour to get to work each day. It's pretty much impossible for me to get to work without a car, so need to factor that into my living expenses.
Looking for relatively easy access to NYC and for either an urban or community lifestyle (walkable restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.).
Hoboken , Historic Downtown , Liberty Harbor North , Newport > Jersey City , all are within 1 hr car ride form Park Ridge / Montvale. Depending on how big your company is you might be able to get a shuttle form the Montvale station. Although you would be reverse commuting and my line makes that difficult.
