Ive read about the area of Linden,NJ in Union County. It doesnt have the best demographic. But I keep seeing homes for sale in the "desirable" sunnyside section of Linden. Does anyone know about the area? Thanks.

I could be mistaken but if it is where i think it is when i drove by i thought it is a nice section
Correct me if i am wrong but i think it is west of St George ,North of Stiles And South of The Roselle Golf course
I recently found a very good deal on a home in Linden, but I am very confused about the area.
St. Georges looked completely ghetto but once you enter the residential blocks (BETWEEN W. BALTIMORE AVE & ROSELLE STREET), it doesn't look all that bad.
If anyone knows this area, PLEASE reply...specifically my husband & I are considering a home by e. curtis st.

Thanks so much.
what you see is what you'll get, are you comfortable being close to iffy areas?
I think the w. curtis area of Linden is a really great area, you can find a dream home under 400k.
Hope that helps good luck and godspeed
Yeah it's really nice. It's by the AA field. Just don't live to close the Pathmark. The houses around there get a little bad.
