Hi,

Can someone personally recommend an entertainment company that does music, games, ballons, face painting, etc in the Bergen County area? I'm planning my son's 1st birthday and need to find a reputable entertainer!

Sorry, I don't know of any as I am about to newley move to the area. However, if you find someone and have a great experience, I would appreciate your coming back and posting about it.

When my kids turned 1 I didn't really do all too much entertainment and theme (well the theme was "Yay, you're 1!" but not much more than that). I figured they had a childhood full of birthday themes and planned entertainment ahead of them. We just invited some family friends and a small amount of similarly aged kids (maybe 3-4 at the max), and it worked out great

For age 1, the most we had in terms of game was having our toys out to share and guessing whether more cake was all over their face and hands versus in their tummy.

Good luck with whater you decide to do.

I went with carnivalparties.com - Gavin's magic. I hope they're good!! They are advertised on this thread. We're doing Mod Monkey themed with a magician, clown, face painting, cotton candy and balloons. We'll also do arts and crafts. I have a 7 year old as well so the kids will range from 1-10 years old...I love party planning for my kids!
