Metuchen - Public Utilities (Elizabeth, Middlesex: moving to, FIOS, gas)

Moving to Metuchen soon. Need to set up my utilities. Does anybody know gas, water, electric and cable for Metuchen? Thanks in advance.

I know about filling out the form on the PSEG website for gas & electric.

For cable:
- Do most people in Metuchen use cable or satelite/dish?
- In doing research, I think that Comcast the cable provider for the area - is that correct?

Also, is Verizon the land-line phone company for the area?

Who do I contact about the water?

FYI - I hooked cable.

I do not know if it is all of Metuchen, or just my area of the town, but Fios is not available, so went with Direct TV.
