hi guys, i need your ideas about fairfield NJ
there is a nice house that i am interested in renting on hollywood ave.
the houses there are big new nice houses. but i was told it is a flood zone so does it mean when it rains i will definetely get flooded or is it some parts of the town that might get flooded?
and also, it looks like a rural place, like a village to me. there is no major grocery store like shoprite etc which i am not used to.

most important is i have 2 kids who r gonna start scholl next fall and it is very important for us to send them to a very good school.

i want to get your ideas about schools and about the people living there please.

thanks
