I've had no luck with this and got tired of calling people and leaving messages only to have calls go unreturned. I ended up doing it myself. If you have a new home its beyond easy to change a lighting fixture. It is litterally twisting 2 color coded wires together, screwing in the ground wire to the bolt that says "ground" on it. It does make it easier if you have 2 people, one to hold the fixture while the other twists the wires together.
