I'm a drug dealer, and I'm looking for a dangerous neighborhood to live. It has to be dangerous, expensive and has to have bad schools.
I'm joking, of course, but boy, I sometimes get so annoyed by cookie cutter posting, like "I'm looking for a safe and inexpensive neighborhood with good school".
Just for amusement, I would love to see postings from people who are looking for something unusual.
I think it's more about the "affordability" part that that has people pointing the opposite direction (out of the state)- People in "high society" NJ really look down on decent towns/cities and trash the only affordability this state has.
I know decent towns in NJ that are looked down upon in NJ, but they'd would be considered just fine in other states.

That was great.
I understand why people are looking what they are looking for, but you'd think there would be some kind of reality check. If you are planning to move to the most densely-populated state in the nation and near the country's largest and greatest city, don't you think that EVERYONE ELSE is looking for the same things you are and therefore "safe, cheap, good schools and a short commute" is going to be hard to come by?
In all seriousness: "dangerous, expensive and has to have bad schools."
Dangerous and bad schools is easy. Anyplace that's also expensive?
