I don't know what you consider "good coffee", but most if not all Starbucks shops typically have free wi-fi.

I think you have to be a T-Mobile member to log on at Starbucks. I know I do and it's around $29 a month. I'm looking for free wi-fi, too around Scotch Plains/Westfield because I don't want to always have to go to Starbucks--I get kind of sick of their coffee and baked goods.

The Star Bucks on Nassau St. in Princeton does have wireless as does the Star Bucks at Market Fair (about 2 miles away, on Rte. 1), both have a fair amount of comfortable seating. Small World Cafe in Princeton might be another option. Panera bread factory (cafe and sandwich shop) on Nassau St. in Princeton also has internet service, great fast food and ok coffee.
