Well as more info becomes available about him, he is shady at best. He puts on a good persona when being interviewed but I wouldn't trust him or his wife Daisy as far as I could throw them.
sounds like my old landlord in hoboken. slumlord is a seperate issue than whether slumlord should be permitted to build a building though.
he should have to pay his back taxes and take care of his slumlord issues. but i don't see how it's related to the other issue at all.
