I know, I know - it's best to make the real thing on your own, but I've got less time than I'd like to pound spices and peppers in a mortar and pestle.

Where can I buy some premade Thai curry paste? I've looked in the Kam Man on Rt. 1 South in Edison and can't seem to find it, unless I'm looking in the wrong place.

Anyone have any ideas?

I would call/try Wegman's. They have an amazing international foods selection and there's one not too far from Edison, I think.

You can always try: Patel Brothers - Our Stores (http://www.patelbros.com/ourstores.html - broken link). 2 stores in Islen and 1 in S. Amboy.
