Check with the local American Legions, Knights of Columbus, rescue squads and fire houses. They are usually pretty reasonable and have a kitchen on site that they will let you use. I'm not in Union, but the Knights of Columbus hall where I had my daughters first b-day in November had a full industrial kitchen (that stove was fantastic) and they even had a table with the warming trays in it already that could be used as well. It was fantastic. And if you know anybody who is a member of any one of these organizations, they maybe be able to rent it for you at a lesser price.
