Has anyone ever been to Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken? If you have, was it before it was on TV or after it got "famous"? On Cake Boss it looks mobbed all the time and that's why I've never been there.

Yes...the lines at Carlos Bakery are significant and it's not worth it.

Yeah I like the goods but you can get equivalent stuff in a lot of places at cheaper prices. I would'nt say its a place you go out of your way to go to....even if you're in the area its likely to be mobbed and not worth the wait:P

I have been there before and after. It is a good (not great) bakery but it has gotten out of hand and not worth the hassle.

Sweet on Garden has great cupcakes! I haven't been there in a few years but they were awesome!
