I'm on the verge of buying a home in Bayonne and I need a contractor to give me an estimate on some work that needs to be done to help me negotiate a price with the seller.
I would be willing to pay for estimate with the condition that the fee would be subtracted if I purchase the home and then have the contractor do the work. (I think this is fair for someone's time).Thanks in advance for any help!
I don't know what kind of work you need to have done but I have a wonderful contractor named Ron Hughes of E & C Construction LLC. His number is (908) 578-6949. He is a smart, honest man, his work is impeccable and he has terrific ideas on how to do a job well and inexpensively. Ron is currently doing all of my hideous 1960's bathrooms. I went to a bathroom designer first and Ron had much better cost effective and beautiful ideas.
Ron is the kind of contractor who wants to make sure his customer is satisfied. His rates are reasonable and the job is complete and well done. I recommend him without hesitation. Good luck.
