Hello all,
I'm happy i found this website, and hopefully somebody can help me get some answers.
I am currently a registered nurse in FL and am interested in relocating to the NYC/NJ area to work in one of "world-reknowned" hospitals in NYC (NY Presbyterian/NYU Med Center, etc) and possibly go back to school. My aunt lives in Harlem and its great there, but i wouldn't want to live there. I was thinking about Jersey and have done some searching. Does anyone have any input about Fort Lee or Hackensack? Are they nice areas (for a 20-something y/o single black female)? What's the commute like? Any other descent areas? Would it be such a bad idea to get a co-op? I'm kinda confused about where to live/what to get. Any suggestions?????
