How do you feel about Governor Jon Corzine's campaign against New Jersey State Corruption?
Do you feel he is getting anywhere? Or do your think it is the same corruption as usual? (Or worse...)
Personally, I think the way the governor appoints our Attorney General as well as the head of the New Jersey Supreme Court helps corruption stay in business. Many states elect their state's Attorney General. New Jersey's governor has too much power.
Governor Jon Corzine has some ethical questions of his own. It's going to be interesting to see how his former relationship with a girlfriend, who was a union leader, turns out. With him running the courts of New Jersey and the Attorney Generals' office, the truth will probably never come out.
I agree Corzine is corrupt like most of NJ's politicans.
Hopefully the truth will come (before November's election ha!).
You know the sheep will vote everyone back into office.
Have looked around and haven't found another state where I want to move.

NJ equals Louisiana as far as corrupt politics and how far back the corruption goes.
People need to really start looking at the issues that are important to them and let their representatives know,fax them, email them, call them, how do you think the amnesty bill was defeated??? It's their job to vote the majority of what their constituents want, if they don't heed vote them OUT next election.
We aren't going to turn NJ politics around in the next election or two but we have to start somewhere
I had high hopes for Corzine though.
Hey, read today's NY Post, by the way, for Jon Corzine's latest love/lust problems. It's not Carla this time. He sure seems to like the ladies. Wish he'd keep his eyes on the budget and property taxes instead.
Corzine has made changes to state employees and their bennies, pension ,etc. , it's not the free ride it used to be.
Regardless, there's no changing anyone's mind, he could stop world hunger, bring peace to the Middle East and cure cancer, and it wouldn't be good enough so this topic is pointless.
Oh please look at our federal government. Try compairing that to NJ.

You need to try and stay focused. follow the bouncing ball,we are talking about NJ and NJ residents have consistantly elected bad/corrupt politicians and 9 out of 10 of them have been democraps
Corzine sucks and is just as bad as most dem politicians in the state of NJ.
They talk about helping Joe Citizen and all they truly care about is lining their pockets.
I'll take a clean Republican any day over a corrupt Democrat. Only a fool would believe the opposite.
