Thanks for the reply. Is there any area around grove street path in the rental range of 1200-1600. A decent studio or 1Br will do.

Default Cost Of Living At 8th Street

I am doing some research in this area. The facts that many people from NY is looking to live in the area, the area is very close to Exchange Place and Hamilton park and the area is becoming the "Little Manhattan" in Jersey City (Washington Park) is making this area very expensive. The average price of a house is almost 500,000, this more than a regular and well done house is in some areas of Queens (NY). Sometimes or many times you are paying not for the house itself, you are paying for the area and I think this is the case.
