We're from California and we're missing good authentic Mexican food. Anyone know of some good Mexican food within a 15-20 mile radius of Princeton?? Thanks!

Have you tried Tortugas on Leigh Ave. in Princeton? Haven't been there in a while but recall it was pretty good. BYOB

That's my recommendation too! Tortuga's Mexican Village, it's the real thing.

Everyoen raves about Tortugas at work. I haven't been there myself though. I guess it doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is supposed to be very good.

I also heard Taste of Mexico is decent.

Ha ha! "On the Border" for Mexican food is like "Papa John's" for pizza.

I agree with Tortuga's. Nice place. Lots of variety on the menu. Just keep in mind they are cash only, no CCs.

Half of New Brunswicks population is Mexican immigrants. I'd say their restaurants (all down Route 27) are pretty authentic but they may not be the same as SoCal Mexican food which tends to add a Californian twist.

Thank you everyone!!!!! Were going to start trying all these places, starting with Tortuga's. I don't care if its a dive that only takes magic beans. I need my fix!!!
